Charity thanks Metalcraft
Metalcraft has helped a fantastic charity in the North East of England who work with disabled people and their families.
The Percy Hedley Foundation offers Day Services for the disabled, and the Foundation is always looking for new and innovative projects for their users.
They decided to expand their craft activities using wood, and metal, and contacted us.
After sending our chief demonstrator to see them recently, we received this fantastic testimonial from their Project Worker Peter Bulman: "I was talked through their product range and given lots of advice on accessories and starter packs.
"I was provided with a DVD and a products catalogue to look through. With this information I was confident that their Master workshop package was the right choice for us.
"Their range of hand operated tools is extremely robust, well-designed, safe and very easy to use, something which will afford our craft workers to be fully hands-on.
"Metalcraft’s managing director, Barry Wood, was so keen to help us get off to a flying start, he sent Andy, their demonstrator to our Craftworks open day.
"Andy was more than happy to demonstrate to our guests, service users and staff team, showing just how easy they were to use.
"Setting up the project was made easier through the support and guidance provided by Ian, Barry and Andy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Metalcraft to others."
